I knew better, but I took a chance. It doesn’t work. Followed the plan to the letter – no increased energy, no decreased appetite, not an ounce of weight loss. Can’t blame it on diet or lack of exercise. Don’t spend your money, eat it, at least you’ll get needed fiber.

Everyone’s body reacts differently to vitamins and supplements and there are sometime other underlying issues that will cause people to have results or not, so I have never put too much stock into listening to other peoples successes and failures. However, I have had extreme munchies for months now and have added about 10 pounds or so that I do not need to keep. I have tried other appetite suppressors and energy aids and have felt no progress in either category. I was pleased with both the product presentation and non-stimulant ingredients and decided to give this a try, since if it helped or not, it still would supply beneficial ingredients to my diet and not be a waste of money regardless of the results. Day 1 my focus and energy level seemed a bit higher than usual but not so much on the appetite, as I still wanted to snack when not necessary. I actually forgot to bring these with over the first weekend taking as I wasn’t home, but the day I came home and took with breakfast the next morning, I didn’t have hunger cravings for the first time in months. That alone has given me some hope that there is something here worth giving a longer try. I have even ordered some for my Dad to try since he has limited ability to exercise. So far I am pleased but I will update later when I have used for several weeks.
