Normal sized capsules.,
Based on the other review, I was a little hesitant about ordering these. But they’re just normal sized capsules and nothing scary for people who take supplements regularly. Also, they are helpful in regulating appetite and providing a sense of satiety when taken with calorie restricted meals. I’m pleased with the purchase and will buy again.
