Before getting into discussions of abdominal core exercise, let me tell you that exercise or balance balls are not capable of giving you the desired results. If your personal trainer focuses on ‘core muscles’ by directing you to use the balance balls, you are wasting your time. Follow nutritional, low-fat diet and see your exercises, diet plans, etc aligning to your goal of a perfect midsection, which other guys will feel jealous about.
