   I’ve been an Abs of Steel fan for years and am very happy with Leisa Hart’s Sexy Abs. I really like that it is on DVD & the ability to skip from section to section. The back strengthening section is my favorite part. My back feels better after doing these exercises than what it did after physical therapy! After using 3 days a week for 2 weeks, I can already see a difference! You can’t go wrong with this purchase.

   another great title from Leisa…everything she does seems to be of high quality,especially the ones from the “Sexy” series. my wife buys just about every fitness dvd she can find. and she was raving about this one in particular. she’s been using it religiously and it’s working. not that it matters, but the dvd artwork is nice as well. it’s good to see such a high quality product in all areas.

   I got this yesterday, watched it once, then did the exercises. Frankly, I do not understand the other customers’ generous feedback. To complete the workouts you need a scarf or necktie or towel, stool or chair, mat or carpet. First problem: you are not given the length of scarf that is necessary for the exercises. I tried using an old necktie of my husband’s, but it did not work well at all (try it yourself and you will understand what I mean). The scarf used in the video is a lovely, flowing scarf … have you tried flipping a tie back and forth over your head? It is not flowing and lovely. Also, they do not tell you what height the stool or chair should be. Since one of the segments you are laying across it, I think knowing the height is important in order to do the exercise correctly.

   Other things I did not like: one segment has you sitting down, the next laying on the floor. Since most people will do the full workout like I did, it only makes sense to create a more flowing overall session. Sometimes her cues are too slow. And there were times the camera focused on the exerciser’s face, not the body part that was being worked. I don’t care what their face looks like … I want to see the moves so I know I am doing the exercise correctly.

   There were a couple of exercises that are good, but over all, it is not worth the price. There are better exercise videos out there. Save your money, ladies.

   Sexy Abs for everyone…now it’s possible. again, sexy leisa hart does it. makes a great workout that is fun and sexy and leaves you looking great. get it!
