@mooattack58 do it every other day so your muscles can heal and on that day do it 2-3 times drink milk or water on those 30 second breaks.
it will take 1 month to see some results and around 4 months to see brilliant results,
the 3rd exercise looks very wrong lol
@hamptonpanthers LOL wow.. ive been doing 240 situps everynight for two weeks and i have like nothing, it just feels harder but not notable diff i think you need to do it for 2 months to atleast start seeing a difference

@Fireman111194 you do it every other day… if you do it every other day you get better results. muscles need time to rest and grow. you cant keep tearing them, they won’t get bigger.
