it seems like it wouldve been easier to just get a real person to do this stuff, instead of animating some guy with a see-through stomach…

If one can’t do all the exercises from this workout, would it be a good idea to maybe do just 20 repetitions of each exercise or it would be better to leave out some of the exercises in the workout?
I can’t do last excersise even once.
What should I do at the beginning? Is it ok to help with arms, pulling myself to legs?

I believe this video has was intended only once a day for 3-4 times a week or every other day. If done properly, you shouldn’t be able to anymore crunches from fatigue. If it’s too easy, then you should move onto level 2.
576 people are fat and lazy and wouldn’t last 3 mins doing this workout
Plz respond is it okay if i do it night and morning ps i am ver young and not fat XD
