how long intill i see results if i do this every day
i bet this has been asked a lot, so i apologize.
but how many times a week, or how often to you suggest we do this.
i have flat stomach 6 pack abs, and i want to make the crevasses in between my abs more noticeable. Which i am guessing has to do with stomach fat, and muscle size also? (correct me if i am wrong)
which leads to my 2nd question, what types of foods should i eat to help that, i hear/read so many different things, i am not sure what to believe.
who should i consult, or look up?

can i ask a question is uneven abs caused because of our genes(meaning because of genetic we already have the pattern on how are abs is placed) or it is result of doing unbalanced abs twist exercise…im not talking about how big the left abs is from the right…just the positioning like is the right abs higher in position compared to the left….just asking a body builder like you.cause i tihnk you do some intense abs twist and still have your abs in a good symmetrical posture…..

keith, is your chest workout going to be a parkour workout, or just a normal chest workout? and i’m doing max’s QM workout for the legs, its great, i don’t think he has a video for it though :/ (Max Henry.)

Good workout, i nearly have a visible six pack now, after doing the workout similar to you i feel that i migth could do some more minutes until im completly done, do you recomend that? and is it bad to do it 5 times a week? should i do it less, or more?
or maybe more intensity?
